We are particularly interested in rural acreage (about 40 acres) near Brisbane and would like to get help from a buyer's agent with experience in this area. We are first home buyers and feel like a buyer's agent can help us with this very daunting process!! Also any other reviews of buyer's agents in general - pros and cons of using them? I am not quite sure what a buyers agent is but there is a man at Petrie Real Estate who is a real estate agent who's name is Jeff. As a family we have had the pleasure of him helping us a few times. A genuine person who tries to help wherever he can. Certainly in the future our family members will be using him. It is also my opinion that he gives good advice to young people looking to buy a first home. Good luck. I hope you find your dream home.
